before your visit:

  • all reservations require a completed signed waiver.

  • socks are required for children & adults to play. you can bring your own from home or if forgotten we have some you may purchase.

  • if you or any kiddos in your party have been feeling under the weather, we ask you wait to make your reservation until after everyone is feeling better to avoid germs being spread in the community.

  • all reservations are non-refundable. if you have a membership and need to cancel, we have a one time allowance to use missed reservation for future visit in the same billing month.

during your visit:

  • we ask that you stay present and all eyes on your child(ren). we will always have one staff member present with the goal to help the facility run & stay clean. we currently do not have childcare available so please keep this in mind.

  • we operate by the golden rule, treat others the way you wish to be treated. this goes for all children and adults. after one warning from our staff, if problem isn’t solved we will ask that you & your party leave the premises immediately. if this isn’t respected, we will have to call authorities to help.

  • there are four sections to Play All Day. downstairs we have our Free Play space & our Private Room where classes, crafts & parties will be & outside that is available to play weather permitted & upstairs we have The Mother’s Den where moms with babies who are yet to walk are welcome to cozy up and relax. we ask that you and your children stay in the designated spaces.

FAQs

Is this considered a daycare?

No. Play All Day is a space for families to connect, create and gather together. While we will have one attendee present during each play session, the responsibility to entertain & play with your child is on you or the guardian present.

How do I go about ordering a drink from Forevermore for my session at Play All Day?

There are two ways to enjoy a drink from Forevermore during your play session.

1. You can arrive before your play session and visit Forevermore directly across the street. Wait times during the week are usually under 5 minutes so keep that in mind. Weekends are closer to 10 minutes.

2. Simply check in at Play All Day and place your order with the attendee. You have access to the full menu and can even tip the barista working hard on your drinks! Your drinks will be delivered right to you at Play All Day!

If my child is sick & I have a reservation, do I get a refund?

All reservations are non-refundable. if you have a membership and need to cancel, we have a one time allowance to use missed reservation for future visit in the same billing month. We recommend booking the day of if you feel like your child may be coming down with something.

What is included in my play session?

Each play session is designed for a well rounded two hours. While some play session time slots may have a class included in them, most on average are 1 hour and 45 minutes of play while the final 15 minutes are for cleanup and goodbyes. What are your cleaning protocols?

During your play session you will see your Play All Day attendee cleaning and lightly sanitizing. The 15 minutes at the end of your play session are for goodbyes and cleaning. We sanitize toys and spaces with 99& disinfectant cleaning supplies to try our best to keep all surfaces and items germ free.

Is there a discount if I am a member and want to book a birthday party?

Yes! All memberships include a 10% discount on your birthday party collection of choice!
